Yes, we still eat PIZZA!!

It has been kinda fun to get really creative with this whole vegetarian/vegan lifestyle.

I am not going to lie, we just went on a cruise and I ate WAY to much of not good stuff. But after that week, I just feel like poo. It has made me realize that food choices effect how we feel so much. I felt like I had no energy and super bloated, and I am supposed to be on a boat in a bathing suit. The couple of Mia Tais I drank could also have something to do with that, but I am positive it was due to my food choices.

So now that I am back from vacation, I am right back into our healthy lifestyle, and thank goodness!

One of our family favorites so far is veggie pizza. I have found an amazing organic Naan garlic bread, and I will use very little organic basil pasta sauce and an organic white cheddar cheese. (this is one of those dishes where I will make an exception on dairy, plus its organic cheese-makes me feel better about it)

Then I will pile on the veggies! I saute mushrooms, peppers, onions, zucchini, whatever veggies I have on hand and pile them on! My hubby likes me to add jalapenos to his. Just takes about 5 minutes to get the bottom of it toasty and everything to melt together.

It is SO good! and SUPER easy to make. I will even make it to send in the kids lunches.
